Supported the COVID-19 response with PPE, health worker training, and infection control measures.
Opened a Volunteer Guesthouse to host medical volunteers, upgraded the clinic's Solar Power System for 24/7 renewable energy, and implemented a Suction Pump to improve operating procedures.
Established an MMC Laboratory with a biosafety cabin for advanced testing, including safe TB diagnostic procedures.
Supporting the creation of a mobile clinic, which is a comprehensive healthcare initiative aimed at addressing disparities in rural communities, specifically the most remote parts of Mara Rianta and its environs in Narok, West Kenya. The clinic aims to provide general consultations, prenatal care, treatment of common illnesses, referral services and emergency care to those in critical condition as well as conduct education sessions on topics such as hygiene, sanitation, nutrition and disease prevention.
Together, these initiatives ensure comprehensive healthcare for the local community and beyond.
